I wouldn't change apartments. I've been living in them for 2 years, there's security and calm. There are also no annoying noises with the neighbors. Manager Elida Cepeda is very friendly!! Any arrangement, questions or suggestions we have is always attentive and has availability of her time despite keeping herself busy!
