Today was probably one of the most stressful and hectic day I had at work and needed to get my lab work done today. I showed up right on time for my appointment and felt kind of struck due to not having a paper copy of my order. My experience at Laguna Lab was very pleasant, but i give all that credit to Miyori. I had a terrible experience at the Sutter urgent care and Miyori went out of her way to help me and get what i needed done! And she was quick with it! She was able to juggle so many tasks effortlessly at a time, and from that I knew that i was in good hands. The check-in window staff tends to be a bit rude. However the blood draw staff is super nice.
In and out in no time. Always a pleasant experience. No pain and very professional. I get my results very quickly... Within a day or so.
I had an extremely negative experience with this lab. I believe this lab is run either by highly incompetent staff or individuals with discriminatory tendencies. I am a 54-year-old licensed professional engineer with private insurance. During COVID, I visited this lab with my 10-year-old daughter for testing. After signing in, we waited several minutes before another person, who arrived after us, was taken in ahead of us.
