Very nice place. My only issues are that they (Management) lock the entrance to the hot tub at 10 P.M. After 10 P.M. most children are in bed and the hot tub would be much more relaxing. Second, too many families let their young kids use the hot tub and lazy river as an alternate swimming and play pool yet management never corrects this behavior.

Need knew bed mattresses , Very Hard, wake you up with backache, My 2 year old grandson fount 1 biplor pill in one room and a percodan in the bedroom, Not Good
Our families first time with laguna keyes resort. Everything is just what u need for an awesome vacation love it and will probably return again!!!
This was the perfect family relaxation location. The lobby is stocked with puzzles, chess, checkers - and plenty of comfy locations to curl up with a book on a rainy day. Indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, all were well maintained by friendly and professional staff. The entire building was clean, and the staff running the floor cleaners (daily) were very professional and helpful. Elevators smelled fresh every day and staff were visible and available for any questions. Definitely a five star operation.
We have stayed here for 10!years. Place only gets better. It is so clean. Perfect location. Very quiet. Beach is beautiful. Will continue to be back!!
