Excuse the name, this hospital will require you to make an appointment for absolutely everything and I’ve been told to wait multiple months between each appointment. Can’t do much at this clinic anyway, you’re better off going to emergency room or urgent care
I am relatively new to this place, having been here for less than a year. However, I must say, every single experience I’ve had so far has been exceptional. From the friendly and professional staff to the knowledgeable and attentive doctors, the care has been outstanding. The doctor I see is fantastic—thorough, patient, and detail-oriented. They hardly return calls, if they do at all. I have been trying to get labs done for an over a month now. I live 5 minutes south of the clinic and just got referred to go to Long Beach, a 45-50 min drive to do my lab's. Have to take off 3hrs off from work for labs, really!
This facility is fantastic. 100% baffling to see any negative reviews, because after several appointments here, the experience has been nothing short of excellent. The doctors are great (Dr Roman specifically), always listening and trying to help. The nurses are great. The front desk staff has always been amazing and helpful. What people fail to realize is the volume of patients the team must work with-it's like they expect bedside service! Thank you Laguna Hills VA for everything you do!
Well. I'm mystified by the one-star reviews here. I've read many of them, and they are not at all descriptive of my experience at this clinic. All staff members from reception to the doctor have been highly courteous and competent. I have not had unreasonable wait times for anything. All the interactions between staff and patients that I've witnessed have been professional and appropriate as well. Admittedly, I do not have complex needs.
