Very courteous staff, great follow-up!
So far so good. Front desk could be a little friendlier and refrain from complaining about patients in front of patients. Otherwise I think the staff are doing a good job.
Excuse the name, this hospital will require you to make an appointment for absolutely everything and I’ve been told to wait multiple months between each appointment. Can’t do much at this clinic anyway, you’re better off going to emergency room or urgent care
I am relatively new to this place, having been here for less than a year. However, I must say, every single experience I’ve had so far has been exceptional. They hardly return calls, if they do at all. I have been trying to get labs done for an over a month now. I live 5 minutes south of the clinic and just got referred to go to Long Beach, a 45-50 min drive to do my lab's. Have to take off 3hrs off from work for labs, really!
