The arrangement that was delivered was a subpar version of the arrangement that I selected. No ribbon. No pine cones. No pine needles. It's December. Prepare yourselves. Would not recommend.

I am sorry to say that I was extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Laguna Hills Flower. For my mom’s birthday I ordered the premium version of the Queen’s Court bouquet in an antique finish vase (picture attached). Based on the picture, I expected a product that was fairly bursting/overflowing with roses and ivy, but what I received was far from that. I ordered flowers online. I then received a call telling me that he knew that the price is what is online but it is way too low and would need $10 more. I said, it's already $20 over the price of the flowers with delivery, fees, and the tax. He said, "Ok, I cancel."

Amazing. They go above and beyond. Gorgeous flowers, they really care about their work and do a fantastic job. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

I ordered a special arrangement for a funeral. The order was placed online. A few hours later I received a phone call telling me that they needed to charge me more money because it was a lot of work. I told them, that I paid the amount that was listed on their site. The man told me, well it’s a lot of work and that price is wrong. He would not honor my price. Very disappointing and bad business.
