Laguna Hills Car Wash is the worse place in South OC. They charge you $21.99 for the luxury wash which includes a horrible vacuum job. Once done with that your car goes through a tunnel in which two guys with huge rags hand wash your car. Tires & rims are not touched and left dirty.
