Not enough staff at front desk as the clerk works as the waiter, coffee barrister and the front desk. Could not get a cup of coffee for 15 minutes, so I left and drove to a coffee shop. Not what I expected from a Marriott facility.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Tiller House was extremely disappointing. I had a confirmed three-night reservation, yet when I arrived on the first night at 10:30pm, I was informed that there was no room available for my family. Instead of staying at the hotel I specifically booked, I was “walked” to the Atrium Hotel for the first night. This is just a motel 6 dressed up to look like a "four star hotel". The room is aesthetically nice, but that's where the positives end. The bed is very uncomfortable, the pillows are flat and empty inside. We got here at 5:30pm and the room still wasn't ready because they had "too many late checkouts that day". The icing on the cake is the symphony of leaf blowers that we woke up to at 8:30am on a Sunday. You can find a better stay for less. I wouldn't stay here again even if it was free.

This is nothing more than an old comfort Inn with new paint and better art. Waste of Money!

I have stayed at countless Marriott properties over the years, so I was genuinely shocked that this hotel is part of the Autograph Collection. It felt much more like a remodeled Motel 6 with trendy decor than a luxury boutique hotel. The room itself was full of problems. The walls were paper thin—I could hear every noise from neighboring rooms.
