Bonvoy Titanium Elite member Dirty sock in the bed. Obviously, they don’t wash the sheets, or didn’t that day. Either way, yuck. The walls were not insulated for sound. I could hear every TV and conversation in each adjoining room and upstairs. Staff was nice enough, gave me a refund so I could go to another hotel. Not exactly a “4-star luxury hotel”. More like an updated motel, based on layout. The rooms looked nice, and so did the lobby. But it was clearly a renovation performed as an afterthought. And they wanted $30 to p... read more

I picked this hotel for two reasons: the location and the fact that it's new. I love new and exciting places, so I thought I'd explore them. What I liked about my stay was the beautiful exterior, from the front desk to the hallway. The design of the rooms and colour scheme were stunning. The cleaning service is top-notch. Bravo to the cleaning team. What I didn't like: I travelled to this location for business, and wanted to stay here for a month. I asked the supervisor/manager if I could get a reasonable quote for my reques... read more

This is a remodeled hotel from an prior economy product. The hotel and rooms look great, but the interior walls and flooring are original. That means I heard every word from my neighbor's conference calls starting at 4am. I could hear my other neighbor walking around and my furniture rattled when I walked in my room, even gently. No thank you to another stay. On top of that, parking is $30. I didn't read the fine print, but there is no other pay parking in the immediate area so it feels like robbery.

This is a newly renovated Marriott Portfolio Hotel - stayed here on a business trip and the rooms were beautiful. I had a plane to catch and mistakenly left my work cell in my room. I called from the airport and the staff were amazing! They retrieved my phone and had it overnighted to me. Lauren spearheaded the customer service and followed up with me every step of the way. Can’t thank the Team enough!

Great little motel…but let’s face it, it’s a Motel in the suburbs, not a hotel in some urban populated area where parking is in high demand. Charging $30 a night to park here is extremely illogical and a complete money grab. This was probably a Motel 6 before they renovated and rebranded it and I guarantee you parking was free then. Charging for parking by hotels has gotten out of hand and this is a perfect example.
