Sorry for leaving this review with the letter E I must have accidentally deleted it. Thanks for responding so I may amend it. We moved in and management didn't tell us about the roaches. We inherited a fricking roach problem and it took me 3 years of roach paste in the walls behind the outlets and exterminator coming out to finally resolve it. Then they had the audacity to raise our rent by 800 dollars. The water was out for 2 weeks once and I was wiping myself down with clorox wipes before work greasy as heck. This place ha... read more

I lived in this apartment for almost seven years. The inside of the apartment is very nicely set up and spacious. Grounds are always kept clean as well. The current apartment manager Danna is usually on top of things and responds quickly. Maintenance, on the other hand, is not so great. I had mold in my unit, and I contacted them immediately per the directions in my lease. They painted over the mold in the bathroom and left the mold in the window seals.
