I am disgusted with this place . I have given them so much money 10k to be exact . I have gotten braces twice never was late , paid cash , and received poor service . Everytime I went it was confusion about my appointment it was a mess. I still proceeded to allow my son to get braces paid cash . Never late never nothing . These ppl come calling me saying I have a bal that was owed 400 plus dollars since 2021 mind you we are 2024. It’s insane !!! It doesn’t add up !! Great experience at Laguna. Everyone was nice starting from the moment I walked in. Check in was smooth and did not have to wait long like other places. I recommend this place to anyone and I am happy to come back.
