The office was awesome the staff especially Esme very sweet and friendly
Went in for a first visit It was I little pricey but overall the team was great and explained every little detail about my treatment required definitely will be calling back to schedule and appointment:)
went for my routine check got my cleaning with ana loved ana she’s very detailed and never felt my teeth cleaner definitely recommend to request for ana.◡̈
Laguna dental was awesome. I actually had to get an emergency appointment in because my permanent retainer broke and they were the only orthodontist office out of a bajillion others in Austin that easily squeezed me into their schedule. I was so grateful and I didn’t catch the front desk lady’s name, but she was so incredibly sweet. Also Anne Marie, the orthodontist, was incredibly kind and she seemed to really care about my concerns. Overall, it was an amazing experience, I highly recommend this place!
I am disgusted with this place . I have given them so much money 10k to be exact . I have gotten braces twice never was late , paid cash , and received poor service . Everytime I went it was confusion about my appointment it was a mess. I still proceeded to allow my son to get braces paid cash . Never late never nothing . These ppl come calling me saying I have a bal that was owed 400 plus dollars since 2021 mind you we are 2024. It’s insane !!! It doesn’t add up !!
