We walked in with smiles and asked the stylist to show us how long a no. 4 is and she was snippy n rude. We asked for a nice and calm explaination n she roughed up my son's head and pulled his neck and slapped towel on him after she was done. The owner n stylist denied the entire event. Avoid this place at all cost!!!
Don't ever go to Lisa. As I am sitting here waiting for my hair to dry, I am about ready to be in tears. First I all, I have been here for 3 hours. I have been here a couple of times and when you get your hair colored and highlighted, be ready to be here 3-4 hours. She does numerous clients in between her doing your hair, so a job that normally takes 2 hours will last 3-4 hours with her. Second, I asked for a dark brown with subtle light brown pieces.
