Excellent service. The Doctor was very thorough and listened to my concerns. The tech that helped me with my new glasses was excellent, she really knew what she was doing.
Very disappointing, only less than a week my glasses snapped, went to see if they could repair, they said no, it is a cheap pair of plastic eyewear and they didn't even try to make it right.
I travel from the Bay Area because Dr. Staples exams are very thorough and her advice is very helpful.
I enjoyed my visit to this office to pick out new glasses. Lorie helped me and was honest and she knows what glasses are in style now. She also showed the cost of everything and what insurance covered and the warranty periods. She was very thorough. I can’t wait to get my new glasses!
Great experience! Dr. Staples is so friendly, quick, and accurate! Nice to be seen by a provider with cares about overall eye health.
