I ordered a sauna cover from their affiliate saunacovers.com and had a terrible experience. They asked me for specific measurements for my sauna cover and the cover I received was incorrect. Instead of admitting the measurements were wrong, they told me they had to make it larger and that I should order a new cover but they could provide me a discount. Probably the worst customer service I have experienced. I would suggest ordering through other sites such as www.coversandall.com
