I ordered a sauna cover from their affiliate saunacovers.com and had a terrible experience. They asked me for specific measurements for my sauna cover and the cover I received was incorrect. Instead of admitting the measurements were wrong, they told me they had to make it larger and that I should order a new cover but they could provide me a discount. Probably the worst customer service I have experienced. I would suggest ordering through other sites such as www.coversandall.com
A great company to work with I would highly recommend Laguna Canvas for installation, maintenance and repair of awnings, sauna covers, gazebo covers and other canvas products. Their customer service is world class. They were helpful in every possible way.
