I am praying what happened to me here won't ever happen to anyone else. I fractured my ankle on Dec 7th and went to the emergency room on the 8th. The emergency room failed to give me a referral to an orthopedic doctor so I thought it would be no issue getting one at this clinic. Well.. I was in for a surprise. I’ve been seeing dr. Jalali for a while now, and I genuinely couldn’t ask for a better experience. Every appointment feels personal. She truly listen, never rush, and always take the time to understand what I’m going through. I have health anxiety but her reassuring approach makes even stressful situations feel manageable. I’m really grateful for the care and support I receive every time I visit. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a doctor who treats you like a person, not just a patient.
Charges for results you hear over the phone. They also have a receptionist with no customer skills. The only thing decent are their doctors. Waiting staff do not have people skills.
Staff is very unprofessional. My kids have been coming here for over a year and it's the same horrible customer service EVERY TIME we call or come in. The receptionists seem very uneducated and not happy to be there. Beware of people putting 5 stars because this bad behavior has not changed. They do not care or contact you back, even if you are a sqeaky wheel for your kids. We will not be returning. The male receptionist needs to be fired. Its a joke that he is still there.
