Horrific. Would not under any circumstances recommend renting an apartment here. The building managers treat their tenants with such a degree of a contempt I have not experienced in years of renting. Edit: I keep getting likes on this years after posting so thought I’d share my experience. In short the building managers tried to steal my entire bond without reason. The whole thing. Wouldn’t live there again to save my life. Stay away and save yourself the trouble. EDIT: As so many people have liked my review & still people are being trapped in that hell building - during the 2022 floods the lifts broke with no access or communication from management. I emailed the building owner about immediate egress/access and he in writing told me jump off the balcony and swim.
