Communication Mastery 2.0 was transformative in the way I approach certain conversations! It helped me recognise the different communication styles in my peers and identify subconscious traits from myself , helping me avoid common pitfalls in certain interactions. When put in practice, this approach leads to productive conversations helping identify and shape win-win scenarios. Bram was a great facilitator keeping the whole group interested and participating at all times.

I first did Bram Lagrou’s Communication Mastery course last year myself, and to paraphrase an old Gillette ad "I liked it so much I decided to send the entire company". After Monday I am sure it was one of the best decisions the leadership team has made. What I really appreciate about it is Bram Lagrou's focus on integrity to ensure that the techniques are used in good faith. I had a great experience at Communication Mastery, the content was excellent with real life applications that I am putting to use straight away. Bram was an excellent coach and with the wide variety of industries represented it led to an amazing day! This is a must do if you want to communicate in the right way to your clients and provide them the best experience they can have.

All round great. Bram is a real game changer for business coaching and helping sales teams find and master that “secret sauce” to build more relationships with a broader range of clients. He also helps develop the right marketing tools to support them as well. Overall all time spend with Bram is energising and inspiring. Having been through multiple sales training/professional development courses, none of them have made the same impact on me that Bram’s Communication Mastery 2.0 has.
