Having first had the pleasure of attending Bram Lagrou’s Communication Mastery seminar which opened my eyes to the way we assess each of our clients, staff and communication processes moving forward. I decided to work to work with Bram and Alan Short to assist me in the strategic development and structure of my business as it grows. The advice and mentorship I have received from Bram and Alan has been invaluable and I will be continuing to work with the guys into the future.
Communication Mastery 2.0 was transformative in the way I approach certain conversations! It helped me recognise the different communication styles in my peers and identify subconscious traits from myself , helping me avoid common pitfalls in certain interactions. When put in practice, this approach leads to productive conversations helping identify and shape win-win scenarios. Bram was a great facilitator keeping the whole group interested and participating at all times.
I first did Bram Lagrou’s Communication Mastery course last year myself, and to paraphrase an old Gillette ad "I liked it so much I decided to send the entire company".
