I usually come after work but that day I got a call from the dog sitter that she was missing so I headed straight home and they were so kind and cancelled my class with no fee! I found my dog and am starting up classes again (:
I just moved back to town and am 20 weeks pregnant. I’d taken classes from other studios who did not provide any pregnancy modifications. That was not the case at Lagree!! The staff congratulated me as soon as I walked in and gave me different exercises to do when others were not safe! It was still so challenging and I felt the instructor was so knowledgeable and aware of pregnancy-appropriate exercises! Thank you!!
Lagree + Versa Fit is an amazing studio with a fun and motivating atmosphere! The workouts are challenging, energetic, and leave you feeling accomplished. The instructors are encouraging and make each session enjoyable while keeping you focused. A great place to stay active and build strength!
I have been going for a almost two months and I can sense and tell a difference the environment is welcoming and ladies of all walks of life that are sooo inspiring I love it there! Def recommend.
Best studio for Lagree in all of San Diego. Wonderful community and culture. Well trained instructors, friendly staff and awesome gear. Can’t say enough good things!
