I’ve been coming to this studio for almost 3 years now, and honestly, the workouts are still just as challenging and effective as they were on day one, whether it be a Lagree class or a Versa class. This place is my second home! The staff and instructors are top notch and I love the community I’ve built here! I have completely transformed my body by going 3-4 times a week
The best studio I’ve tried so far! Very profesional, all instructors are very knowledgeable will even accommodate to injuries and pregnancy safe moves for you. It takes the routine out of the gym or fitness in general! So much fun :)
