Lagree/Versa instructor Allison is one of the main reasons I continue coming here! She was my first instructor for the first class I ever took and I never leave disappointed in her sessions. This studio is top notch. Congrats on the expansion - I come visit North County every so often and love to take classes here as much as possible.
My wife booked a sauna and cold plunge session here and it was fantastic. After a rigid month of cycling training for me and marathon training for my wife, this is the exact recovery session we both needed. From check-in to check-out this place was faaaaaantastic and is a true jewel of Oceanside.
I’ve been working out at this studio for the past 2 years and I absolutely love it! This is my second home. Thanks ladies for making me feel so good!
