It’s an efficient, full-body session that fits easily between coffee runs and sunset walks.
Such a fun Fitness studio! They make you feel so welcomed, if you are new they really go out of their way to explain everything, help/encourage you so your time there is really enjoyable., Energy is so high and positive you can’t help but to vibe along
I've done cold plunge and sauna in larger group type formats, and the private rooms available at Lagree make it a really peaceful and restorative experience. The staff is great and you can tell they focused on getting every detail right as the rooms are perfectly appointed. The personal welcome sign was a nice touch. I'll be back.
