The studio is beautiful! Everything is really clean. The instructors are warm and welcoming and the class is very challenging! They offer several modifications that make it not impossible, especially if you are a first timer. I signed up for the membership after my free trial class. I absolutely love it!

I found this studio on local fb group. one of the trainers reached out and recommended as a safe and supportive environment to bring my infant for a mom looking to start her new postpartum fitness journey. I’m not fit, the workouts are tough but I leave feeling better for having moved my body thanks to all these trainers and other girls for never judging and cheering me on. I love Lagree Theory!! The class environment is truly unlike any other workout I’ve tried, challenging, motivating, and welcoming all at once. I especially loved taking Celina’s classes, but every instructor I’ve had here has been fantastic. ❤️

Thank you, Sarah, for pushing me beyond my limits. I had a wonderful first time and I would love to come back. I couldn’t even drive home without my core hurting!!
