Tom wasreferred to me by a local insurance agency. I went to see him at his Fountain Hills office to appraise my diamond engagement ring. I called him in the morning and had appointment early that afternoon. Tom explained everything as he went along. The ring never left my sight which was reassuring. The next morning I had the appraisal in my email and sent it off to my agent. Wonderful service and a very pleasant man to work with. 10/10 would recommend.
