Very proud to be a patient here. I don't like being sick, no one does but when you are its wonderful to have doctors and nurses that you can trust. And the front desk staff are always helpful.
Called last week about a cut that was not healing. Seen immediately by Dr Ingram. Two prescriptions that cost a total of $4 and after 4 days, leg is so much better! Thank you Dr Ingram and all the welcoming staff!!
They charge you more to be seen if you have insurance. A friend of mine paid $105. To be seen without insurance. I went the next day and they billed my insurance $200. We both were first time patients. I don't understand why it cost me more when I have insurance.
Dr.Smalls and Staff is wonderful and Dr.ingram and Staff are the same I couldn't pick Any better doctor's than these two really caring doctor's Iove them.
The staff is rude and condescending. They speak over you and do not listen.
Very thankful for LIM and the doctors there. Doctors and staff are always so caring and concerned about their patients.
Way to many patients in one room, my appointment was at 2:40, arrived 2:15, left at 4:30. Do not feel that patients have to do any type computer entering nor have to scan their own payment cause some folks aren't experience in no type computer skills, this was a first for me and I'm computer skilled. just thinking of others. Way to long to wait.
