In less than a year the LVP has broken in many places due to issues with the subfloor. When installed we pointed out many issues with the subfloor and the guys that installed the floor said it was ok. After the LVP started breaking, I contacted Alisa and she came out and took pictures and confirmed it was installed over subfloor that needed to be replaced. I was supposed to receive a call from the guy they use to fix the subfloor and never did. After many calls and text messages to Alisa I got the run around and was ignored.... read more
They installed our floor (LVP) a few months back and it wasn’t cheap, we expected a way better job for the money we paid. We had a few issues (see pics) Missing transition at front door and an awful job trimming around the door jamb. I called and they were going to send someone out to make repairs and he never showed up, called again and they said he got tied up and they’d come out that day (never showed again) I’ve waited a few months to post just to give them the opportunity to make it right and they haven’t.
