After changing providers once Dr. Schaeffer retired I attempted to request services from Family Medicine. I was told that Family Medicine policy didn't allow them to accept former consumers. I actually know a family were former patients and were accepted by Family Medicine. This seems to conflict with Family Medicine policy. What does that say about Family Medicine and honesty? You decide.
I absolutely love all the lady's at the front deck!! They are so helpful, kind, and caring. I recommend La Grande Family medicine to anyone who is looking for Doctors who actually care about you. I want to do a special shout out to a few people. Anica, Kayla, Coral, and Bri.. They are the best!! I truly care about them all!! Thank you again for being amazing!!
