Stephanie always does a great job with the dip for my nails. Plus she's super fast so I can squeeze in a quick lunchtime appt.

My healthy nails are ruined with a brutal dry manicure. I asked right away not to buff them. Eventually, the manicurist used a drill to remove cuticles which created a groove at the nail base. She even went ahead and striped the surface of one nail with it. Thats some VIP manicure for you...
