Extremely disappointed with my service today. The customer service was pleasant but my pedicure experience was inadequate. As a nail tech myself, I was disheartened by the experience, especially knowing the standard our industry strives to uphold. It was painful to have the gel polish peeled from my nail beds and the free edge of several toe nails ripped with it. Causing the appearance of my nails to be severely uneven. It's always such a relaxing experience going to Lagom. Such a clean place with kind staffs. It is a small business but, even times i have seen them getting slammed, they handle many customers at the same time diligently and does such a great job. I have recommended this place to friends and family and everyone was satisfied. I appreciate such an awesome place so close by. So happy to have found this place 5 years ago.

I went here yesterday and this is my 3rd time coming here and I'll never be back! The lady that did my feet did a HORRIBLE job! I have lymphadema in my left leg and acted like I had a STD or something. I told her that she didn't scrub my feet properly and she had an attitudethat i asked her to go back over it and she never did, then she only massaged the right foot without lymphadema , I didn't get any warm towels and she didn't paint my toes the color that I wanted.
