I’ve worked with Kevin Ramirez at DR Horton on three transactions, and he’s been a great partner in helping my clients find their new homes. As a Realtor, I appreciate someone who is easy to reach, willing to answer questions, and committed to helping our buyers throughout the process. Kevin brings those qualities to the table, and I truly appreciate his hard work. Thank you, Kevin—I look forward to helping more families together! Jacob Gloria | Alliance Realty Properties
My wife and I are looking at moving to the area, we stopped in and were greeted by Rashard. We weren’t 100% sure on what we are looking for, but Rashard took the time to sit down with us and go over all our options and helped us nail down our idea of our perfect home. I can’t praise him enough for his patience and knowledge, and we are excited to move through the process of purchasing here. Thank you!
Was a great experience working with Rashard! Outstanding service and very helpful with any questions i had.
I take tours frequently of new neighborhoods to help my clients with options. I was helped out by a gentleman named Rashard Martin. I needed to report what a pleasant experience it was as most of the time, I’m met with either poor service or pushy salesmen. Rashard took his time explaining the floor plans and amenities of the development KNOWING I am not a “buyer”. I wanted to recommend anyone checking out this development to ask for Rashard. He is the epitome of low pressure and highly informed.
Rashard was able to get all of our needs taken care of! His attention to detail and professionalism were above and beyond our expectations!
