This place is an absolute dump. Living here has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had. The staff and security are rude and seem more interested in handing out towing violations than actually helping residents. The parking situation is a complete joke—they'll tow your car if you're on the grass for a few minutes, yet it feels like other parking issues are ignored. The association has no control over anything. They don’t have HOA meetings with the owners…. There hasn’t been an owners vote to elect new board members I. Years… They basically do whatever they want with no order… Owners modify the yards and driveways with no permits. They pave over common areas and make them theirs… Some home are used as boarding houses and nothing is done about it. Stay clear of this place, don’t subject yourself to this third world santuary….
Very beautiful place, but the streets are poorly maintained and full of potholes, and the entrance security lets anyone in.
Very bad experience in Lago Grande, Miami (Hialeah). The main problem is the older man who is in the 60th Place guardhouse, who is the person who opens to allow entry to the condominium. His treatment of visitors is terrible: rude, grumpy and with a totally unnecessary attitude. From the first moment he talks to you in a bad way, as if you were doing something wrong just to enter. as a community what can we do for our kids. the pools are a mess, and specifically our parks. the park has no slides (holes of what use to be slides and tunnels sit there now to show what use to be), no swings, nothing. our kids deserve better.
