Move in process has been really stressful, agent Marissa lacks communication skills; worst way to start a new apartment. She first tried to make me cancel my application to avoid refunding me the application fee, then kept me in circles to approve me. I ended up being approved and she has been difficult in satisfying a good appointment for a move in date. Please do yourself a favor and don’t move here. It’s my fault that I did not communicate with anyone from the city before moving here. Even though I saw horrible reviews on reddit from people complaining about the three ladies at the property and their ability to communicate and manage the property, I regret that I ignored those reviews. I also had a horrible experience living here. As a tenant, I always feel like I don’t even have to know who is working at the property, and I don’t even bother to know their names. I moved into these units very recently. The location and amenities seem great, and the unit itself is very accessible with a decent grassy area. That said, I have mixed feelings about what was shown to me versus what I actually received. First, the unit I was given did not feel 100% ready for move-in, even though I reserved it nearly two months in advance.
