I went today looking for something that a friend was selling in a booth. I walked in, not a hello from the staff or anything. I went to check out, and again, not a single word was said to me until I was getting ready to walk out. I got a "Thank You." Now, I will say the store was nice and I will be back to get more things to support my friend and local people, but I think the customer service could be taken up a notch. Jamie- we apologize for this rare occurrence. 98% of the time we greet customers as they walk in. Exceptions happen occasionally if we are busy helping a customer or if we are working on a project. I am confident your next experience at the shoppe will be better. We do take a lot of pride in our customer service and very much appreciate our customers.
