Terrible experience. I booked the earliest possible appointment so i could be done in time to leave for work. i arrive 10 minutes early and i am not seen until 1 hour and 10 minutes after my appointment. The front end staff are terrible and not very friendly. i asked specifically to see two types of frames from RayBan and these frames come in S-M-L from Ray-Ban. they only carry the Small version of frames at their store so i never even got to try on a pair of frames. then i ask if i can get my Pupillary distance so i will be... read more
