Test drove a Dodge Ram recently with Dan Miller. As a female it can be hard to find a good salesman who is respectful and doesn’t talk down to you. Well I can say that Dan is this type of salesman! I was completely comfortable working with him the entire test drive. I never felt talked down to, disrespected, etc. It was a great experience all around. It was very much appreciated! I’d recommend requesting him as your salesman at Lager’s ladies!!!
My mom made an appointment for 11am for a recall. Was told, 45mn to an hour. When she arrived, she was told 3 hours! AFTER 5 hours it was finally done! Horrible place! I know they put paid customers before her! They lack respect for their customers and she will find another dealership next time! What a shame!
My 2021 Jeep Cherokee started leaking fluid and it turned out to be the transfer case. The service advisor Seth informed me that it was still under the drivetrain warranty and the service manager Alex helped with the warranty process. The downside to this whole process was waiting for the part. It took a couple months but this wasn’t Lagers fault at all. This was just due to a shortage on the part.
