Nurse practitioner (Lagenia Wright) was rude, unprofessional and clinically unhelpful. She actually rolled her eyes at me when I explained the course of treatment that had always helped my ailment: a simple antibiotic. "Well I'm not doing that." When I offered to show her supporting CDC guidelines, she indicated they may do that across the street (at emergency room), but she had no interest in giving anything other than advice.
