Huge shout out to Coady Lafreniere and Lafreniere Auto Sales. My adult son was shopping for a used vehicle and went to Lafreniere Auto Sales where he met up with Coady. Coady was very open and transparent about the truck options available at the time and made sure the vehiclewas in top shape prior to its transfer. I brought my car in to have my winter tires switched out and learned that my car needed a major safety repair last week. I'm thankful the technicians brought this to my attention and were able to fix the issue within a reasonable amount of time. The customer service and communication was stellar throughout this process and my bill was less than originally quoted. Lafreniere Auto Sales and Service is a gem within this community. Look no where else folks.
This auto service centre in the small town of Stayner is BIG on high quality customer service. In the middle of a trip from Nova Scotia, and on a tight schedule, I had problems with a borrowed vehicle and needed servicing. Despite a full schedule with tire changeovers, Brad was able to fit me in and get me back on the road, with good wishes for the rest of my stay.
