I asked for pickup on Saturday multiple times and the person assured me it would be ready by Friday. She failed to mention they are CLOSED Saturday. So now my kids don't have their outfits for Sunday.
My mother had taken a quilt there to be dry cleaned. Upon picking up the quilt she inspected and found mold and mildew growing on the quilt that was supposed to be dry cleaned. After finding the issue and speaking with the employees they offered to replace the damaged quilt. It's been 2 months and they are ignoring her calls and getting the run around from every location she has called.
