Mason contacted us for painting a new build. We are 2.5hrs away from where the project is so that was a concern at first, but we were open to accommodating and including travel costs in our pricing. We spoke on the phone in detail, provided advice and a very detailed written quote then got a confirmation to start. I did 3 jobs for this guy ... as a painter drywall repair. The 3 jobs a total of 36,000 dollars jobs were completed on time .. and with the highest of quality possible. To date we have received 10,000 dollars of the 36 .. invoiced for last invoice was sent first week of October . It is now end of December startedworking for this guy in May or June so if you are a sub contractor this guy hired good luck getting your payments out of them .. time for courts to get involved .. hopefully no one else will get into this position wi... read more

We hired Laframboise in February 2021 for renovations on a seven plex building in Napanee. We needed a professional crew to renovate two apartments completely, two additional bathrooms and update the electrical/plumbing. The contract was for $250k+ and was supposed to span a total of 2 to 3 months. As it turned out, it was a huge mistake on our part choosing Laframboise.
