I decided to give this nail spa another chance after she did a really great job on my sets and I ignored the fact that my previous appointment was rushed cause I guess she was running behind and her other appointment was arriving at the time. Booked another appointment and with no explaination it was cancelled as soon as I parked!! Called the number to the business, no answer, straight to voicemail, no call back. I couldn't even go in the building to ask what happened. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

If I could give -100 stars I would, I think it’s very unprofessional to cancel an appointment that was made weeks in advance less than an hour before appointment. I was terribly disappointed when I received cancellation as I was on my way to the establishment. I’m not saying this establishment is horrible I’m rating based on my beforehand experience. I do wish this business & Chay (staff I was booked with) the absolute best however, I decline to patronize this business due to the uncertainty of honored appointment bookings.
