Would rate lower if possible. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Called to set up an appointment and was abruptly cut off and told I would be called back. Never received that call.. A day later I called again and was rudely told I had to make an appointment IN PERSON. I will not beg these people to take my business. Worst motorcycle shop I have ever experience. DO NOT GO HERE

Well I'm gonna post a mid point update. Late October I was forced off the road and laid down my Texas chopper. I have been in the shop a few times prior to my accident, just checking it out, and Felix gave me a tour of the shop and explained how they are able to take on any work. With his hospitality I felt in good hands to have them work on my bike. At this time I have been working with Mike, and he has been strait with me.
