I came in here looking for a good pair of running shoes. My mom has gotten shoes here before. I’ve played sports most of my life and always suffered from shin splints. The staff were super helpful and did a gait assessment. Lo and behold I went for a couple of runs this week and no shin splints! Big thank you 💖
More than a shoe store! I went in for a pair of shoes and walked out with exercises to do at home. The owner Craig (a physical therapist) and his assistant Luis evaluated my gate and leg strength…they fitted me with the best shoe for particular problem and taught me some exercises for strengthening my hips and stretching my calves. Apparently the workers are pre-med which explains the high quality of care I received. I just did the suggested exercises and lo and behold, my hips hurt…I had no idea they were so weak!
