Working with Ted (salesmen) and Chad (finance guy) were both great. They both explained everything to us and got a great deal on my vehicle including our trade-it. The staff are friendly and have a warm environment.

I brought my Polestar here because, to my knowledge, this is the only certified Polestar service location in Michigan. Routine scheduled maintenance and replacement of a power window switch took over three weeks, and despite requesting one, I was not provided a loaner vehicle.
