This is specific to the service center. I took my Volvo which was under warranty at the time to get a problem fixed (car would randomly would not turn back on after stop start) which I researched and concluded was a common starter issue for these vehicles. The mechanic from lafontaine said it was related to the battery and wanted a hefty amount to change it. I recently changed the battery my self thinking it would resolve the issue but no, I was right, now it's out of warranty and am left with an expensive problem.
Came in for a routine oil change, etc., staff was great and helpful! Wait time was better than expected!
Carlo and Chad were a pleasure to deal with. We appreciated Carlo's attention and patience helping us navigate our new purchase. Chad did a great job walking us through the closing process. We would highly recommend LaFontaine Volvo.
I drove over 100 miles of a 130 mile trip for a windshield replacement appointment before they called my cell to let me know they didn’t have a loaner for me to get home in, which they knew I needed. So I had to turn around and drive home.
