The worst phone system I’ve ever dealt with for a dealer. When someone finally answered, they would not just give me pricing for a 12v battery change and said even if I wanted something specific done, they would want car for 3-4 days and do diagnostics and charge $225 if I declined any work they recommend. Ridiculous system

Had my car for 2 weeks before telling me the issue was not reproducible. No loaner offered during this period. Only time I got updates about the car was when I would call and ask every 4-5 days. Got the car back with grease of some kind smeared on the mirrors and covered in dirt and mud even though the report claimed the car was "washed". I like my car, but this soured me on getting another requiring service here when this one is done.
