Was assisted by Heather when I came to get my oil change service. She was very friendly and professional. I came as a walk-in and she was able to get me in and out as quick as possible. It is recommended however, to make appointments for most services but she very helpful and gave me updates along the way.
Best experience ever buying a new automobile, everyone we encountered was kind, courteous and professional.
I have had nothing but good experiences with this service department. Service Manager has always been up front and helpful. The shuttle drivers have also been a pleasure to ride with in what can be an awkward situation.
Needed to get an oil change and the ac looked at on a used car. They had an available appointment the same day (within an hour), and got me in and out super quickly. I did need to order a part to be replaced, and Paul was very thorough in explaining the diagnostics, and entire situation including all of the options I had. They took great care of me and my car!
This VW Service lost my keys and instead of being honest and telling me this, they told me: ITS MATT FROM VW, YOUR VEHICLE IS LOCKED WITH THE KEYS IN IT, I AM GOING TO GET IT FIGURTED OUT FORY OU, BUT YOU CAN STAY IN THAT CAR UNTIL I GET THE KEYS OUT AND UNLOCKED. VERY SORRY ABOUT THAT, CARS CANT LOCK WITH THE KEYS INSIDE, HOWEVER WITH THE ELECICAL ISSUES, IT DID. I WILL CALL OR EMAIL ONCE I GET INTO IT.
