1 is generous. They had my vehicle for 7 days, before I had to call them to ask why they didn’t give me a loaner or why it was not done. Oops we forgot. Promised next day it would be done; NOPE, took another week. And they still did not fix the issue. Now a simple oil change needs an appointment, and they do not respect the appt time, still told 4 hours to get an oil change WITH an appt. This place is a joke
