This whole process from start to finish was a breeze with this team. I wanted to prop out Alejandro (Toyota) who helped me get into the car I loved, Ace (Kia) for helping me with the paperwork, and Lauren (Kia) for getting me set up with Kia Access. Alejandro could double as a financial advisor with the guidance he gave me! They all went above and beyond and I’m thrilled with the outcome. Cheers to this LaFontaine team!
Brianna was very easy to work with. She was personable to the point of being fun to be with. Most importantly she did not pressure me and gave me the freedom to make my decisions on the thorough information she gave me. I actually bought this car when another dealership was ready to match or better the offer. Why? My experience with Brianna was so enjoyable.
It took a weekend and 3 days for them to look at my car. Charged $600 in labor to change the starter, then gave me the car back. They didn’t even run the car thru the wash rack to get a clean car back.
