I am very disappointed with my experience at LaFontaine Toyota. After submitting a credit application, I was denied financing but was never provided a reason for the denial, which I am legally entitled to receive. I have called at least three times a week trying to get an explanation, but the salesperson who handled my application is always “busy” and never returns my calls.
