Well where should I start .went to have my car looked at they told me no appointment needed .I arrived was stuck in garage,was late for work .Then told they wouldn't be able to work on my car ,needed a part.Told me it was from me driving dirt roads,rubber molding around back tire .Also told me sorry my warranty was expired in November,which I told them that weird since I didn't buy the car til December.Then waited for them newto call me for an appointment.Once I showed up for the appointment my low tire symbol popped on.i me... read more

The only good thing they do here is selling cars with a moce attitude and service, once you purchase, they have the worst customer care, bad attitude, cero follow up. After an oil change and purchasing a replacement part, I regret to buy my car from here. Do not come, buy or follow up any subaru stuff at LaFontaine!

These folks normally do a great job, both scheduling and the actual work itself. Wifey & I have been Lafontaine customers for a spell; we’ve even bought three Outbacks from them over the years. July 2025 update: Wow, was I mistaken in my first review! Their service department has really gone down the tubes. I've called twice thus far trying to get an appointment for a recall, and have yet to receive a response. I have gone to the Subaru dealer and service department on Maple and Haggerty for over eight years! I scheduled an appointment with Cory the service department. I was told that he was the supervisor also. They came and picked up my car. After they picked up my car, I unfortunately had an emergency.
