I was purchasing a car for the first time and I was truly so worried about the process but the car salesman Rudy made it so easy. He answered my many questions on the car and was so responsive over text as well. He was extremely transparent about pricing and reliability. Their staff very clearly care about you more than just a customer. I am very happily walking away with a car I love deeply and even more so due to my customer experience with Lafontaine Livonia Used Cars. :)
Everyone was vary friendly
Beware of this place. Went here and purchased a car, ended up with an extended warranty but was never informed there were different levels of the warranty, they slapped the Platinum one on, it was never disclosed there was a silver or gold level warranty, I didn't even know this one was called a platinum plan. Come to find out later after having to print off all of my paperwork at home and sifting through the info, there were two other warranties that were less, on top of it, I was told by the salesman the extended coverage ... read more
Called before hand to inquire about multiple Kia Tellurides they had in stock. (red flag). On the phone Justin told me to bring my car down and he’d show me them. Drove 45 minutes and there were none of the vehicles I was interested in there except one or 2 I never even inquired about, and my car didn’t even get appraised. All the cars looked in horrible condition. Something felt very off with the salesperson and I would not go back felt very shady overall.
i am very disgusted by how i was treated here. the rep that was supposed to be “taking care” of us had a very bad attitude and poor communication skills. His name is Sean Dunn, he has blondish/ginger hair and blue eyes. Please stay away from this guy. he is extremely passive aggressive when answering our questions and tried to make us sound stupid. I was set on this car but Sean was the reason i left. Sean, you should definitely find another field of work because sales is not for you my guy.
