I would give zero stats if it was an option. Worst car experince i have ever had in all rhe 30 uears i habe been buying cars. Do not go there. Disorganized to say the least. The guy had an appoinrment with us on monday at 5 and he wasnt even in that day and we sat for half hour before we asked. They said oh wait he is not in today. Spent almost 4 hours after a long day at work to leave without any car. We had search rhe parking lot forever for our car. Finally they dound it in the service shop. I was struggling to get through to Mazda service for 2 days straight and Chris Edwards who works in the pre owned dept stepped up and helped me out! He went above and beyond with his customer service to make sure my need were met in reaching the correct service area! I really appreciate him! Chris saved the day!😊 He turned a bad review into a magnificent review!!
Great experience, my salesman Zein was very helpful along the way giving great advice and being genuine throughout me looking for my car. He was also patient and listened to my feedback on preferences I had and showed me options better suited for me.
GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! SEAN DUNN is the man to see he went above and beyond to get me in a car so I can continue my life he made sure I was covered for a long time and even layed out a plan for me to build my credit so I can get myself a sportier car down the road🤘🤘🤘they treated me not only like a human but as an important customer despite me being a less than favorable applicant and in todays social climate and economy you really can’t ask for more I will update as needed but if my dealings in the future are anything like ... read more
