Avoid this place! It used to be my go-to dealership I bought three cars from them but since the management changed, the service has become terrible. My last visit was handled by an unprofessional employee, and that was enough for me to never return or recommend them.
Financed a car from here in September of 2022. I did my financing & everything online through autopacket & autofi as I had a newborn at home & didn't want to go into a dealership with my baby. My car financing was approved through Huntington & I signed & submitted everything online. I scheduled delivery of my vehicle only to get contacted by Chris Thomas saying they had to no one to deliver the car so I had to go to the dealership & I would get a hard copy of my paperwork then instead of getting it when my car was supposed t... read more
