Horrible dealership they knew we were driving 3 hours to come check out a car on trade did not disclose rust and dents all over car and salesman was very rude waste of a day do not go here
My vehicle has been serviced by this dealer for years, I recently had an oil change at 30k miles and the inspection video indicated no issues with the tires or alignment. I brought the car back for an oil change at 35K and the tires are bald with steel belts exposed and an alignment issue. I said that's odd, looks like something was missed last inspection. I had a great experience with Venson in pre-owned sales. We found an issue at delivery and it was fully rectified and his professionalism was top notch. Fair pricing and no pressure sales.
I am usually very forgiving when it comes to customer service, but this experience was so disappointing that I cannot justify giving anything more than 1 star. I came specifically to see a vehicle that I had been told was available. Despite the dealership knowing I was coming specifically for that vehicle, when I arrived, the vehicle was not available to see. Denice and Julian were amazing and made sure they met all my needs, and concerns both answer messages/calls back when I had questions or needed them to check something out 10/10 will be telling everyone to go see them! And they even accommodated my 4year old with popsicles and a cute kid chair Thanks again for yalls help dealing with me after the fact to make sure I’m right! :)
