We purchased a 2026 CX5 and brought it in for an infotainment issue. Was told that there was a recall and it needed two software updates that required 2 hours each. They had no loaners available so we scheduled an appointment for two days later, first thing in the morning as they would have loaners then. We arrive for our appointment and spoke to the same person from a day and a half ago. I write this as I continue to go unnoticed standing around the lobby for exactly 1 hours and 11 minutes. Initially, I thought it'd be funny to see how far it would take for anyone to notice or even greet me.
