My vehicle has been serviced by this dealer for years, I recently had an oil change at 30k miles and the inspection video indicated no issues with the tires or alignment. I brought the car back for an oil change at 35K and the tires are bald with steel belts exposed and an alignment issue. I said that's odd, looks like something was missed last inspection. Well…… they made my first online car purchase HORRENDOUS sold me a car that when delivered shakes after 20mph and more violently the faster you drive. I had to spend money to get new front pads and rotors and they’re “crying” about not making any money on the sale and not wanting to reimburse me. ALSO, my temp tag expired on July 31st. Service...or lack of. I had a newly purchased used car(2025, Hyundai Palisade with 1600 miles) sent over from the dealership I bought it from because the Pre-collision light was on. Week 1, it sat there since the service writer it was assigned to was not in that week so no one looked at it. Week 2, they couldn't look at it because they had to "work on other cars that had transmission problems." Week 3, found the issue, had to order parts. Thought they'd have it fixed by weeks end. LEMON SHOP! I’ll write a more detailed review at a later date, but if I could go back in time I would stop myself from buy from this establishment. Now I have to figure out transportation and it hasn’t even been a year of me owning my car. Make sure you do your research and get that car checked before the return window closes. That was my mistake for trusting this dealer.
