Dropped off my car for possible warranty service. Hannah was super friendly and helpful. They also provided me with a ride to the airport. I hope to follow up with a update after I pick up my KIA Sportage from service. Update: Just wanted to say that this is the best experience I have had with a dealership (and I worked for one many years ago). They provided a video review from the service department with an update. Any work was covered under warranty, and my pick-up was equally smooth!
I came in for my 15000 service (oil change, tire rotation) instead I was quoted 3 services ranging from $400 to $900! I asked for what the appt was for originally, and told it would almost $200! These prices are insane for simple services! I understood why there was only 1 vehicle there when they opened!
