They may be good for minor/easy repairs or warranty work but... Do Not take complex electrical problems here. Staff had the vehicle over a month and found the "supposed fix" multiple times after paying.. over 4.5 thousand dollars I see both times the problem was still there. I noticed it immediately. They misdiagnosed the faulty brake system and charged me a lot just for inspection that never was done.
Two rather poor experiences here. First time around the valve cover gasket was leaking and they insisted we do the work outside of warranty as "it'll be quicker". Not dropping $2k so you guys can get a better margin, get a clue. They did end up it under warranty but it was very high pressure and I can a "non car person" getting sucked into that. I can NEVER get a person on the phone in the hyundai service dept. I have to drive in just to talk to them. That's not good!!!!!
Jean was very pleasant to work with and they were able to quickly take care of my recall. I’ll be back for my regularly scheduled maintenance this fall.
