Two rather poor experiences here. First time around the valve cover gasket was leaking and they insisted we do the work outside of warranty as "it'll be quicker". Not dropping $2k so you guys can get a better margin, get a clue. They did end up it under warranty but it was very high pressure and I can a "non car person" getting sucked into that. I can NEVER get a person on the phone in the hyundai service dept. I have to drive in just to talk to them. That's not good!!!!!
Jean was very pleasant to work with and they were able to quickly take care of my recall. I’ll be back for my regularly scheduled maintenance this fall.

I’m not sure who the manager is at this location (the gentleman with the mustache), but his behavior was incredibly rude and demonstrated a complete lack of customer service. This location already has limited appointment availability, so I scheduled my service online as I usually do, needing a diagnosis for my check engine light.
