The worst manager. Never apologize for their mistakes. I don’t even wanna waste one star.
Terrible. It's been 9 months since I wanted to schedule service on my car and I haven't heard back. Every time I call they give me and attitude or send me to voicemail. I recommend finding another dealership.
They may be good for minor/easy repairs or warranty work but... Do Not take complex electrical problems here. Staff had the vehicle over a month and found the "supposed fix" multiple times after paying.. over 4.5 thousand dollars I see both times the problem was still there. I noticed it immediately. When confronted twice in a row they said "we can look again" why?? So you can say its something else this time and charge me even more? They misdiagnosed the faulty brake system and charged me a lot just for inspection that never was done.
