I can NEVER get a person on the phone in the hyundai service dept. I have to drive in just to talk to them. That's not good!!!!!

I’m not sure who the manager is at this location (the gentleman with the mustache), but his behavior was incredibly rude and demonstrated a complete lack of customer service. This location already has limited appointment availability, so I scheduled my service online as I usually do, needing a diagnosis for my check engine light. The customer service is really terrible. I left the car, but the service center didn't contact me after answering that it took 4 hours, and I called the service center and even left a voice mail, but there was no response at all. There is no concept of customer care or communication at all
