I called the service center for car repairs, a woman answered and asked what problem I had with the car, she replied that she would call me back about the price for the repair, I have been waiting for for a week and have not received an answer from her about the price. I am very dissatisfied and this is not the first time with LaFontaine Ford service. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Very unhappy with the charge. They found a GPS that was plugged in that was drawing from the battery. They unplugged it and did an oil change. They say they spent a lot of time but didn't do much.
Friendly service, completed on time. Great communication and thoughtfulness
