I recently purchased a 2019 F250 with Blue Certified Warranty and I noticed a vibration and long starting. I decided to take it to LaFontaine and I dealt with the best Service Manager I have ever dealt with from a dealership. Kyli Verduci was so knowledgeable and friendly! She kept me informed through the process, and had a truck for me to use, while mine was being serviced. LaFontaine's staff in general was very professional and helpful, but Kyli, hit it out of the park! Highly recommend using LaFontaine Ford!

The sales managers Nick and/or Bryce it doesn't matter they're BSers anyway at the Alpine location and need their sales certifications revoked and FIRED.He ( Nick) Told us in person that a FLEX PIPE needed to be fixed which was a $400 fix for our 2012 Ford Forcus Titanium (mind you they do their own inspection as he (Bryce said) come to find out it was a catalytic converter plus a few other things which cost my wife (She broke down in tears) and I over 2 grand!!
