Did not have to step foot in the dealership. I test drove the vehicles beforehand and when I was ready to buy, I could do everything virtually. Communication was exemplary. Connor Von Rosen was a stellar salesperson and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Ford.

Everyone is friendly and helpful.They all answered questions and addressed any concerns I could have about tires and brakes for my car. Not only would I go back for car repair and service, I would definitely purchase my next vehicle from LaFontaine Grand Rapids.

It was a pleasure working with LaFontaine Ford. They were completely transparent and highlighted all the issues they found with the used car I was buying. They were fair when negotiating the final price because of the defects, and they were very helpful in getting the car transferred from one of their other dealerships on the east side of the state. I highly recommend this dealership. They are honest, fair, and responsive.
