Courteous, thorough care for my truck. They allowed me to use my Ford points to pay for the oil change / tire rotation.
The service has been very good. The quick and thorough Oil change and tire rotation is a great option.
Kylie from the service department was great to deal with. Repaired my truck quickly and right.
Used LaFontaine mobile service for 3 recalls (all fixed by software updates). The tech called letting me know when he would arrive. Tech was on time, polite, professional, and even acknowledged my 15 month old grandson who was extremely interested in what was going on! The mobile service is a wonderful idea and saved me a trip and a couple of hours at the dealership. Thanks LaFontaine!
