LaFraudtaine gives other used car dealers a bad name. The deceitful practices of selling vehicles that LaFraudtaine knows are bad. My daughter bought a 15K vehicle and then the transmission went out 5 weeks later. LaFraudtaine's response, "Well you signed the paperwork and we are not going to help you." I wouldn't recommend this business!

I had to wait a little bit but overall happy with the service. My only other issue is the young customer service/tech recommended replacing the spark plugs and engine coolant without knowing if I’d already had it done at another dealer. I checked and discovered it had been done within the past year and based on miles of car was not needed. I would have rather him phrase his request to me to first check the other dealer. It felt like he was focused in just up selling to increase their profits.

I had a very close call with my van and passengers traveling through Grand Rapids to Blanchard Mi. I had 4 of 5 lug nuts shear off with one left on. It was during afternoon rush hour on 131 just after exiting on to 77A. I was towed to your business as I requested. It was closing time. Totally unaware of the damage done. Took my car in for an oil change, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The technician with red hair was very rude and appeared frustrated throughout the interaction. I recently had surgery on my left arm and currently have limited mobility, which made parking and completing some of the requested tasks more difficult for me. During that time, the technician repeatedly sighed and rolled his eyes while I was trying to park the vehicle and while he was checking the lights.
