Excellent experience with Mark Cole and everyone at LaFontaine. Very helpful in all aspects. I highly recommend their dealership and products. Just had my first service appointment with my new Maverick. Ethan was my service person - dos a great job and we’ was totally pleased with my whole service experience. Thank you!
Mechanic did a wonderful job and the advisor was super nice and knowledgeable
Dwayne Boyd provided exceptional service and support from the beginning of our search for the right car until we drove it home. The care and attention to detail was reassuring and kept us at ease. The entire team was so helpful and we absolutely love our Nautilus.
Very efficient, everything went as planned. My car was ready as promised
Drew in service was very helpful and the car was fixed so it runs great again. The oil service rep on Saturday made the car pick-up seamless. If I lived in Grand Rapids this would be my dealer of choice.
