Tried charging me for things that I literally did the week before.
Went to get a battery replace on my 2018 ford escape, they sent me though the quick service lane where the mechanics didn’t know what they were doing. I pulled up and the 3 guys there looked at my car and said out loud that they didn’t know what they were doing and shouldn’t be doing this. I saw I kid you not 10 different people to try and figure out what to do with my car.
