A small recall turned into a large repair. Mike type in the Service department kept me up to speed in the progress and arranged for a very nice loaner car. They made an unexpected event a very nice experience. I highly recommend Delehanty Ford.
Drove 3.5 hours to buy a used vehicle from them. Not a bad thing to say at all. Great dealership.
Had a great repair experience.with Delehanty over the Labor Day weekend. They had it back up running by early afternoon Tuesday and determined it was covered by extended warranty besides, so no charge.
None of the work I requested was done and they messed up something new. When I pointed it out he told me I was a liar, that it had already been like that. Kevin is awful.
