Now that Genthe took over the place has been nothing but headaches. Inept service team. Waiting three months this last time for a call back for them to fix a repair they did. I understand they said the wait was because we needed a rental while they had the car, but three months and still crickets. Had to fight with them to make repairs under warranty. Got the car back and the original item we went in for that they said was fine broke and they replaced it under warranty. But no paperwork trail to show this. And did not refund... read more

Dropped our jeep off because it was doing some shaking on and off past a certain speed limit. Not every time we drove it at any speed limit. Was contacted twice asking for more information and if they could keep it over the weekend because they couldn’t find the issue with the car. Called Tuesday for an update and they stated they found the issue and wanted to charge 1,300 to fix but another company offered to fix the same issue for way less and it’s a legitimate service.
