I recently purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 Big Horn from LaFontaine Lansing and have been extremely disappointed with the experience. The truck was advertised as a CPO Go vehicle, yet when I arrived, the passenger-side exhaust tip was hanging off, the windshield was cracked, and the tailgate was damaged and difficult to open. I have had continuously bad experiences with this dealership. Buying the car was fine but the service department has been extremely frustrating. I have been bringing my car in for the same exact problem since February. It sat with them for a month before I brought it somewhere else to be looked at. They weren’t able to get it fixed there, but the car had degraded enough by then that they finally were able to get a diagnosis here. I’m sharing this here because my family has been unable to get a response or resolution directly. My family and I have purchased SEVERAL vehicles from LaFontaine, including a brand-new Ram truck. At the time of purchase, I also added an extended warranty. Recently, I had my son-in-law take the truck in for service due to a tailgate issue - because I own 2 businesses and I just don't have the time to. Liam has been our guy for over five years, and he has been absolutely wonderful. I just traded in my ‘23 lease for a ‘26 Ram. My husband went in and said, “the wife wants a black on black Ram with Apple play” and Liam delivered. 10/10 recommend.
