Nobody greets you when you walk in the door. You basically have to say hey I need help or they will let you stand there. Also the last time they did an inspection on my vehicle, They sent me a video of my truck sitting on the ground explaining what was going on with it when 98% of any other time when they do it, they have the vehicle lifted up in the air and they show you exactly what’s wrong with it so I’m not sure what’s going on over there if the people are not happy but they are definitely rude so maybe they get this and... read more

I called up to get a service appointment, and they said come on in! When I got there they said “who told you to come in?” “We can’t take any vehicles in.” “We have no loaners, even though we told you we did, you can pay for a rental if you want.” LaFontaine is the worst dealer, okemos, lansing, anywhere. Don’t go!!!!!

We've leased two Durangos in a row from La Fontaine. Our superb salesperson on both leases, Liam Donahue was most professional and hard working to get us the best prices. He found many incentives, corporate discounts and dealer discounts. He treated us professionally and friendly. We plan on returning to him for our next lease. The sales manager Dultin Davies worked with us in the same wonderful manner.
