I ad a 99 Silverado that I had some major problems with. I have taken to several local garages. Nobody could guarantee a repair. I took it to St. Clair Chevy and told the service manager, "Fix it or keep it!". After a couple days I was told what the problem is most likely to be. If they couldn't fix it, I would only be responsible for diagnoses labor. I told them to go for it. A few days later I was told it was ready for inspection. I bought my daughter her first car from St Clair Chevy Buick GMC In China twp MI. A used 2009 Malibu that had passed GM Certified inspection. I know GM Certified inspection come with 2 years maintenance and 174 point check and low rates. I was told by the manager Art Morley that the car had been made as close to new as you can and he said besides its GM cert.
