My first ever cadillac. A 2024 XT5 premium luxury. John is an honest, down to earth salesman. No bs lines. I am so happy with my car. It was/is well cared for and has many many more miles to go. I recommend Cadillac of Highland used or new.
Very helpful staff. Comfortable waiting area.
Service department has poor communication. No contact entire week they had the vehicle. No letting me know it wouldn't be ready on time. No calling when they said they would call. Every contact was initiated by me. Was told ordered part was in stock and later told it wasn't after I let them keep the vehicle over the weekend. Not impressed.
My sales person Karly was awesome!!. No pressure, let me take my time and make my own decisions. She was also very knowledgeable on the vehicles, and walked me through everything. Rick and the finance department are awesome as well!! And of course, the car is awesome!!
