I had an appointment for an oil change waited about 15 minutes after which I went to one of the representatives to tell them that I was there for my appointment and they didn’t seem to know that I had one, even though it was close to closing. They actually had to keep one of the mechanics they’re late to service my vehicle. I assume he was rushing because about two weeks later I noticed there was a dent in my side skirt. Incredible rude staff
Didn't expect a 2 hour wait for an oil change & yes I scheduled an appointment. My service mechanic and service writer were both awesome.....
As always I had another great experience. Customer service was great..Jaysen was courteous, professional, and helped me with all my needs.
