Nice place but still took 3 hours to buy a SUV and we were playing cash!!? Focusing more on selling us extra warranties. Like pulling teeth to get them to drop price $600 !!! Then on way home low wiper fluid light comes on and popped hood to find windshield drain trough full of maple trees seeds.Maybe focus more on getting vehicle ready for the sale then push add ons . Ps soup was good
I worked with Mike Greenwald at Lafontaine Cadillac in Highland. It was a great and easygoing experience. He answered all my questions and added in some complimentary aspects into my experience. He even told me more about what I needed to get done to my vehicle, which I would’ve never known if I hadn’t went to get service at this dealership.
