MANAGER CHRIS left me a voice message on my cell phone and FALSELY ACCUSED ME that i drove 1.300 miles and i went to niagara falls i NEVER went to niagara falls and ONLY TEST DROVE IT IN MICHIGAN DETROIT METRO AREA ONLY i only drove the escalade iq less than 200 miles and he continued to threaten me with a bill now my attorney is preparing a demand package
I went and saw Chris Thomas today. He sold me a car last year and I followed him out to Highland so he could sell me another car!! Friendly, kind, compassionate and found me the best deal!! I highly recommend LaFontaine and definitely ask for Chris!!
The best Cadillac dealership I have been too yet. I bought this new Escalade from a far and they were amazing. Beth Hunt was an excellent, attentive sales person who offered to help me with anything even after I returned home. Everyone I met there was very kind and friendly! They have won me over!
