They fix something other than the original problem, break something else, blame it on the customer and then say there is nothing they can do b/ it wasn't documented and pretend to not remember. Took my vehicle in with a check engine light. Found out the repair was covered by gm and received the car back the following day. Even cleaned the car inside and out. Very pleased with the service.
